For our site in Weil am Rhein we are looking for the next possible starting date for a
Manager R&D within our Global Energy Storage Team (f/d/m)
Your tasks:
- Lead and manage an R&D team of 10 engineers focused on HV and LV battery systems for industrial applications.
- Oversee the entire development process, from concept to testing, ensuring innovative and reliable battery solutions.
- Drive technical decisions, resource management, and strategic planning for battery module and system development.
- Take ownership of overall project management, ensuring timely delivery, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment.
- Represent the R&D team in project meetings, liaising with external partners and stakeholders as necessary.
Your profile:
- Degree in Engineering, ideally with a specialization in battery or energy storage technologies.
- Extensive experience in HV battery system development, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of both mechanical and electrical battery requirements.
- Proven experience in team management, resource allocation, and end-to-end project management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to lead a diverse and international team.
